Wall ball is the single best habit you can build outside of practice — it's just you, a stick, a ball, and a wall. Start with short, focused reps: 10 minutes of right-hand catch and throw, 10 minutes off-hand, 5 minutes of quick-stick. Consistency beats duration — five days a week at 20 minutes will develop hands faster than one long session on the weekend. Our Wall Ball training program walks through the exact progression coaches use with our own players.
A film breakdown is a coach watching your player's game footage and giving direct, specific feedback — exactly what to see and do differently on a given play. It's most useful once a player has the fundamentals down and is ready to sharpen decision-making, positioning, and IQ. Most players get the most value from a breakdown before a big tournament or tryout. Request a breakdown and a coach will walk through your film with you.
A short PDF with three coach-led drills you can start today — right-hand catch and throw, off-hand reps, and a quick-stick combo. Enter your email and we'll send it over. Get the free guide.
We're always looking for coaches who care about the fundamentals and want to help grow the game. If that's you, reach out — tell us about your background and coaching experience.
